waiting list for bachelor apartments, our main type of
accommodation, averages approximately nine months. This time
period varies clue to many factors. If you can move with very
short notice and if you do not require a parking space the
waiting period is usually shorter. Studio apartments would
have a waiting list of several years. and the one bedrooms are
extremely hard to predict.
St. David's
Village is an independent living apartment building for
seniors ages 65 and over. Application forms are completed
on-site, by appointment only. Once the application form is
completed there is a medical component that must be completed
to determine that the applicant is capable of living
independently.
